1. Create Your Template:

   • Design a page in Notion with the structure and content you want. This could include headers, text, databases, checklists, or any other elements relevant to your template.

2. Duplicate the Template:

   • Right-click on the template page in the left sidebar.
   • Select "Duplicate" to create a copy of the template.

3. Rename the Duplicate:

   • Rename the duplicated page according to your needs.

4. Use the Duplicate:

   • Open the duplicated page and start working within it. You can modify the content while keeping the original template untouched.

5. Repeat as Needed:

   • Whenever you want to use the template again, duplicate it once more.

As of my last update, Notion doesn't have a built-in template gallery or direct template-sharing features. Users often share template layouts through unofficial means, such as exporting/importing blocks of content.
